[VIDEO] Can I import promo recipients / dj's from a file?

We have a DJ import tool that will import names & email addresses from a 2 column Excel, CSV or TXT file. 

To import DJ's / Promo Recipients into our system complete the following steps :

1. Select "Promotion -> Import DJs" from the top menu.
2. Pick the Promo List that you wish to import these DJ's into from the list.



3. Select the file from your hard drive
4. Click "Next" Button on the icon menu



5. Select the columns for name & email that you wish to import. You can also set promo settings by ticking the appropriate boxes. These settings will be applied to every recipient / dj in your file.



6. Click "Next" button on the icon menu
7. You will now be shown a summary of what will and won't be imported.



8. Click "Import" button on the icon menu to complete the import.

Your DJ's will now be imported into the promo list that you selected.

Note: The DJ Recipient name field must be completed and all DJ's require a valid name. You should not set the name as the email address.
