If you have found one of your tracks that you believe to have come from a Label Worx promo you can submit it to us and we will check to see if it has a watermark. If a watermark is found we will inform you of when, where and more importantly who downloaded it from your promo campaign.
To request a watermark check complete the following -
1. Upload the suspected track to your Label Worx FTP
Note - If you do not know your Label Worx FTP log in details please go to "Settings" on your top menu and select the "FTP Access" tab
2. Make sure you upload the track to the root of your FTP and do not put it in any sub folders
3. Request a "Watermark Checker" via our Request Form.
4. Please confirm the exact file name in the email
We will come back to you as soon as possible with the results of the watermark check
