What does Subscribed Status mean on my DJ List?

On your "DJ List" screen you will see the "Subscribed Status" column which details the exact status of each recipient on your "DJ List". Below is a detailed explanation of the possible statuses - 

Unconfirmed
This is the default status that all recipients get when you add them to your promo lists. It means they have not yet confirmed receipt of a promo from you. This could be because you have not yet sent one to them, they never received it or have simply not opened it. If you have sent a promo then there is no harm in following this up with a personal email asking if they received it. If for some reason it ended up the recipients spam or junk folders try getting them to add "[e-mail]" to their contacts and safe senders list to prevent this from happening again.

Subscribed
As soon as your recipient receives their first promo campaign and opens this up in their email (HTML emails only) or clicks the link to view your download page their status changes from "Unconfirmed" to "Subscribed". 

Part-Subscribed
This is similar to "Subscribed" above but it means that they have "Unsubscribed" from at least 1 of your Record Labels. To see exactly which Labels they are "Subscribed" to you can click the DJ and see the list of Labels and statuses.

Unsubscribed
If your DJ Recipient has this status it means that have unsubscribed from all of your Record Labels.

Bounce
If you DJ has the "Bounce" status this means we have received a "bounce" email from their email address. Typically this means their email address is inactive (does not exist) or their mailbox is full. In this instance you should attempt to contact the Recipient directly and obtain a different email address.
