Label Worx only allows you to select a store for an exclusive, if terms for exclusive rates with the store have been agreed.
At present this includes Audiojelly, Trackitdown, Beatport and Juno Download (which includes DJ Download).
If any of these stores are missing from your Exclusive Store drop down menu (found on your release details page) then there are 2 reasons why this can be.
1. The store has not yet accepted your label.
2. This store has rejected your label request and does not wish to stock your releases.
You can clarify the status of your applications with the stores by completing the following steps :
1. Select Labels -> Record Labels from the top menu.
2. Click 'Stores' next to the label that the release is on.
In here you can view all of the DSP's that Label Worx is connected to and the status of the application with them.
